Non refundable deposit of $100 per pet is required for all Easter, Christmas & New Years Day bookings. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking and can be paid by Visa or Mastercard over the phone or you may call into the reception during our opening hours to pay by cash or EFTPOS.
With more than 1 months notice the deposit less a $35 booking fee can be credited towards a stay within 6 months. Cancellations with less than 1 months notice deposits are forfeited.
Is required in full for the dates booked at time of check in. We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard. Changes to the dates booked will not be accepted at check in during holiday periods and there are no refunds for early pick ups.
Charges are calculated per calender day and count the day of arrival and departure. Dog prices are based on shared accommodation. Boarding rates do not include additional services such as:
Hydrobathing, Training, Grooming (Clipping & Nails), Pick Up & Deliver Home, Special Feeds, and Veterinary Treatment.
